Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef 1 large onion, chopped 1 green pepper chopped 1 (16-ounce) can tomatoes 1 teaspoon chili powder 1/2 cup white long grain rice
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 F degrees. In a large skillet, cook beef onion, and green pepper until meat is brown. Drain off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients and heat through. Pour into an un greased 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Serves 6.
