Ingredients:
3/4 cup ground turkey 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 can (14.5 ounce) can Del Monte diced tomatoes 1 (8 ounce) Del Monte Tomato Sauce 1 tablespoon Chili Powder 1 can (15.25 ounce) Del Monte Whole Kernel Corn, drained 1 can (15 ounce) low-sodium kidney beans, drained
Instructions:
1. Cook turkey with onion in a large skillet. 5 minutes. 2. Add undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder, corn and beans. Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes. 3. Serve with shredded cheddar cheese, lime wedges, and top with light sour cream and chopped cilantro, if desired.
