Ingredients:
2 avocados salt juice of lime 3 tablespoons chopped red onion (I use a whole Vidalia) 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro or dried 1-2 medium tomatoes jalapeno peppers to taste (I use about a tablespoon) Chopped vidalia or sweet onion
Instructions:
Mash avocado with a fork. Add 1/2 tsp of salt and half of lime juice. Til chunky.Mix in tomato, onion, pepper and cilantro add salt, remaining lime if needed. Serve and Enjoy!
