Ingredients:
2-3 med-large fresh tomatoes, chopped Cilantro 2 -3 teaspoons Large Vidalia onion,chopped 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons sugar Juice from a whole fresh lime 1 large can of crushed pineapple 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon of chopped jalapeño pepper, or to taste (I use jarred in the pickle isle, run your knife through peppers so you don't get large bites of Hot)
Instructions:
Pour pineapple into bowl, add tomatoes, onions, cilantro, juice from a lime, stir. Add cilantro, sugar, salt and peppers. Stir. Store in refrigerator in Tupperware. Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
