Ingredients:
Treats: 12 tsp butter 7 cups miniature marshmallows 1/3 cup of caramel bits (not the squares) 7.5 cups Rice Crispies Topping: 4.5 tsp butter 4.5 cups miniature marshmallows Sea Salt to taste
Instructions:
Use a 9x13 pan. Line it with Reynolds aluminum foil and spray it with Pam In a pot, melt 12 tsp of butter Once melted, add 7 cups of MINIATURE marshmallows. Stir until melted. Add 1/3 cup of caramel bits and stir until melted. Removed from heat Add 7.5 cups of Rice Crispies and mix them together Put this into the pan. Tip... use a quart size freezer bag and spray one side with Pam. Use this to pack the mix into the pan. The tighter you pack it, the more the topping will stay on top. Set that aside and let it cool Topping: Melt 4.5 tsp better in a pan Once melted, add 4.5 cups of miniature marshmallows and mix until melted. Pour this over the cooled mixture in the pan and spread it evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle sea salt on the top and let it cool. Remove the treats from the pan by lifting the foil out. Spray your knife with Pam to make cutting the treats easier.
