Ingredients:
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts approx 2 lbs. 2 tablespoons margarine melted 1/2 cup Kraft grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup dry Italian bread crumbs 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon parsley flakes 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
Heat oven to 400 F degrees. Spray 15 x 10 x 1 baking sheet with baking spray. (Pam) Dip chicken in melted margarine. Combine Parmesan cheese, oregano, parsley, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Dredge chicken breast in the crumb mixture. Coat thoroughly. Bake 20 - 25 minutes. or until tender. Makes 6 servings. Spicy substitute 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper for black pepper. Prep time 5 minutes. Cooking time: 25 minutes.
