Instructions:	Makes 2 loaves. 8 1/2 X 4 1/2 X 3 Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350 F degrees. For Carrot Nut Bread substitute 2 cups of grated carrots for bananas. For Zucchini Nut Bread substitute 2 cups of shredded zucchini for bananas.
