Ingredients:
1 3-ounce package of any flavor gelatin 2/3 cup boiling water 1 cup vanilla ice cream 3 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed 1 cup diced peaches 1 graham cracker crust
Instructions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cream by spoonfuls. Stir until melted and smooth. Blend in whipped topping and fruit. Chill, if necessary unil mixture will mound. Spoon into crust. Chill about 3 hours or freeze until firm. Makes 1 - 9 inch pie.
