Marshmallow Chocolate Fudge

From my Boss Betty Brady, DeKalb Federal Savings and Loan, Johnson's Ferry and Merchants Walk. My First Banking Job and also the bank where I met Doug. Note: the added ingredients in the directions of 1 package of semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 tsp. of vanilla, and 1 cup of chopped pecans.

Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups sugar
3/4 cups undiluted evaporated milk
1/2 stick butter or margarine
pinch salt
5 Large Marshmallows or 50 Miniature Marshmallows

Instructions:
Yield: 2 pounds

In a heavy 2 quart saucepan combine all ingredients. Bring above ingredients to a quick boil stirring constantly.
After bubbles appear all over the top, reduce heat to medium and cook for 5 minutes. Remove form heat and add one
package of Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 cup of broken pecans. Still until well blended
and thick enough to spread into a buttered pan. Let cool completely and cut into squares.
