Meat Loaf

Ingredients:

2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground sage
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard

Instructions:
Combine eggs and milk; stir in crumbs, onion, parsley, salt sage and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Add beef and mix well.
Pat into a 5 1/2 ring mold; un-mold in a shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 F degrees for about 50 minutes. Drain off fat.
I prefer a 8 x 4 x 2 loaf pan. (Loaf pan directions bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes). Combine ketchup, mustard, and
sugar and spread on top of the meat loaf. Return to the oven for 10 minutes. Cool about 5 - 10 minutes. Serves 6.
