Nantucket Cookies

Originally from a cookbook called; "Salty Sweets" by Christie Matheson

Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
2/3 cup unsalted butter 1 stick + 1 2/3 tablespoons
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 cup Craisins
1 cup white chocolate chips or chunks
Grinder's sea salt for topping

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients. Preheat oven to 375 F degrees.
Line Cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes. yield 30 to 40 cookies.
Grind the sea salt on top of hot cookies as soon as they are removed from oven.
About 2 grinds each. Delightful surprise cookie. Will become a favorite.
