Mom's Baked Shrimp

Doug's Mother's Nancy Charbonneau

Ingredients:
1 1/2 - 2 + pound small to med shrimp cleaned and de veined
drizzle Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons bread crumbs
2 tablespoons chives
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 - 4 tablespoon melted margarine or butter
1 teaspoon old bay seasoning sprinkled over shrimp
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
De shell and De vein shrimp except tail. Slit the shrimp. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Drizzle with Worcestershire and chopped chives and lemon juice. Sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning and salt and pepper.
Drizzle with 2 - 3 tablespoons of butter or margarine melted. Bake in a Corelle dish sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 375 F degrees for 12 - 15 minutes.
Until Pink Makes its own sauce similar to shrimp scampi. Recipe works well with most any white fish.
