Parsley Chimichurri

First introduced to this as a Cuban accompaniment to Churrasco(Grilled Flank or Skirt Steak). In Miami.

Doug's Favorite

Ingredients:
6 cloves garlic
3 bay leaves
2 jalapeno peppers with seeds coarsely chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup fresh curly parsley finely minced
1/2 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley finely minced
1/4 cup fresh oregano finely minced
1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 med chopped onions
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 cup fresh cilantro finely minced

Instructions:
Chop in food processor and can be stored in a Tupperware container in refrigerator for several days. Serve with char grilled flank steak or skirt steak.
