Ingredients:
1 box cake mix your choice
1 egg
2 cups pecans
1 stick butter melted
Mix together & pat into bottom of pan (9X13) sprayed with Pam
Mix together:
2 eggs
1 box confectioners' sugar
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese |

Instructions:
Spread this over mixture already in pan and bake at 375 F degrees for 35 - 40 minutes.
