Blondies with Almonds

Ingredients:
1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1/3 cup all-purpose cake flour
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup +2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1 large egg
1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup slivered almonds

Instructions:
Melt brown sugar in butter. Pulse oat in food processor until it becomes flour.
Combine all ingredients. Bake 18 - 20 minutes in a 350 F degree oven.
