Blueberry Dessert


Ingredients:
First Layer
1 1/2 cups s self-rising flour
1 cup nuts chopped
2 tablespoons sugar
3/4 cups margarine, melted
Second Layer
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese softened
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 (10-ounce) carton frozen whipped topping
Third Layer
2 cups blueberries
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water, divided
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple drained
Fourth Layer
1 (10-ounce) package frozen whipped topping

Instructions:
Layer one.
Combine all ingredients. Press into a 9 X 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 F degrees for 10 -15 minutes. Cool.
Second layer.
Combine all ingredients and spread on crust.
Third layer.
Combine blueberries, sugar and 1/4 cup water. Bring to boil over medium heat. Mix remaining 1/4 cup water and cornstarch. Add to blueberries stirring until thick. Cool.
Stir in pineapple. Spread on Cream Cheese layer.
Forth Layer.
1 (10-ounce) carton frozen whipped topping (Cool Whip) Spread whipped topping over blueberry mixture. Sprinkle with nuts. Chill and Serve. Yield 10 -12 servings.
