Skillet Lasagna

Easy Recipe

Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound ground turkey
salt and pepper
8 (6 ounce) shredded mozzarella
3/4 cup ricotta


Instructions:
1. warm oil in skillet over medium high heat. Add garlic; cook one minute. Add turkey, salt and pepper, and cook, breaking up meat, until it loses its pink color, 3 to 5 minutes.
2. Scatter noodles over turkey. Pour sauce and 2 cups of water on top. Bring to a simmer, reduce heat and cover and cook until noodles are tender, stirring, 20 minutes.
