Born Again Pumpkin Pie

Reduced calorie version of a Classic.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup ginger snaps crushed
1/2 cup graham crackers crushed
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon flour
3 tablespoons margarine melted
Filling
1 pound pumpkins
1/2 cup dark brown sugar packed
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3/4 cup frozen egg product thawed
1 cup evaporated skim milk
9 inchs pie plate


Instructions:
Make crust in a 9 inch pie plate. Pour Filling mixture into prepared shell. Cover pie shell edge with foil. Bake at 375 F degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 10 -15 minutes until center appears set when shaken. 1 slice = 222 calories - 1mg cholesterol - 1gm saturated fat - 7 total fat grams
