Barbecue Potato Chip Chicken Nuggets


Ingredients:
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
6 to 7 cups (6 - 7 ounces)crushed barbecue potato chips
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1 inch nuggets.
2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F
Place flour on one plate, eggs in a large shallow bowl, and crushed chips on another plate. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg, and roll in chips to cover. Place on a foil lined baking sheet. Drizzle with butter. Bake 10 minutes, turn over and bake another 10 minutes.
