Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients:
1 Rotisserie Chicken
1 Onion
1 Can diced green chilies
1 Clove garlic, minced
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp oregano1
1 can Rotel tomatoes
6 cups chicken broth
1 cup frozen corn

Instructions:
Pull meat off the bone. Set aside.

Sautee 1 onion and 1 clove garlic, minced, in 1 T olive oil

Add: 1 can diced green chilis, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1/2 tsp oregano

Then add: 1 can Rotel tomatoes, 6 cups chicken broth, 1 cup frozen corn, and the chicken

Heat

Spoon into bowls and add crushed tortilla chips, shredded cheese, and top with cilantro.
