Caramel Apple Pie

Ritz Pie Crust Recipe

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups or 17 ounces sliced Johnna Gold apples
1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/4 cups all-purpose flour
25 caramels
3 tablespoons milk
1 Pet - Ritz
Le Creme Whipped topping

Instructions:
Preheat oven and baking sheet to 400 degrees F. In medium bowl combine apples,sugar, and flour set aside. In a double boiler, melt caramels with milk stirring frequently. Add apple mixture and spoon mixture into pie crust. and top with nuts. Bake on preheated baking sheet for 25 minutes. Allow to cool for 1 hour. Maybe served warm or cold. Garnish with La Creme.
