Cheese Ball Joyce Poole's

Joyce Poole is my Painting Buddy and she was Executive in charge of Reinhardt College Dining Hall for many years Planning Events and Banquets. A wealth of entertaining knowledge.

Ingredients:
1 #101 can black olives (chopped)
1 jar dried beef chopped
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
dash of garlic salt
chopped pecans

Instructions:
Mix softened cream cheese, finely chopped black olives, finely chopped dried beef, garlic salt and shape into a ball. Roll Cheese ball mixture into chopped pecans wrap in saran wrap and refrigerate overnight. Serve on a bed of lettuce with crackers and assorted veggies.
