Cranberry-Pistachio Bark

Julie and Chance made it Houston, TX 2010 Thanksgiving

Ingredients:
2 Cups White Chocolate Morsels
6 (2-Ounce) Vanilla Candy Coating
1 1/2 cups dried Cranberries, divided
1 1/2 cups green pistachios, divided

Instructions:
Microwave chocolate and candy coating in a large bowl stirring at 1 minute intervals. Stir in 1 1/4 cups cranberries and 1 cup of pistachios. Grease a 15X10 pan and line with wax paper. Pour chocolate mixture into pan press remaining 1/2 cup of cranberries and 1/2 cups of pistachios into the top. Chill til firm and break into pieces.
