Ingredients:
3 cups sugar
2/3 cup pet milk
1/2 cup cocoa
1 stick of margarine |

Instructions:
Mix sugar and cocoa together thoroughly before beginning
Add pet milk and margarine
Bring to a boil about 4 minutes to soft boil stage when dropped in water
Remove from heat and add 1-2 tsp vanilla |
