101 Dalmatians’ Brownies Recipe

This recipe makes 12-16 brownies. This recipe is from Cooking With Mickey and Friends Cookbook.

Ingredients:
• Nonstick cooking spray
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 1/3 cup light corn syrup
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 egg whites
• 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder


Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Do a light coat of the cooking spray on the baking pan. Set aside the lightly coated pan.
2. In a medium to large mixing bowl combine the next five ingredients (sugar, oil, light corn syrup, vanilla extract, and the egg whites).
3. Put the mixture in a mixer and beat on a low speed for 1-2 minutes or until well blended.
4. Add in the flour,baking powder, and salt. Put back on mixer and beat on low speed until all ingredients are well blended.
5. Take out 1/2 cup of mixture. Put the 1/2 cup into a different mixing bowl. Add the cocoa, and stir until mixed.
6. Pour the white batter into the prepared baking pan. Make sure that it is all spread evenly.
7. Drop the chocolate batter on top of the white batter using a teaspoon to make lots of spots.
8. Bake for 25 minutes, or until brownies feel firm to the touch.
9. When the brownies are done, remove from oven and let cool.
