Lavender Lemon Cookies

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/3 cup cane sugar
zest from a medium size lemon
1 tablespoon lemon juice (preferably fresh)
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon dried lavender
