Slow Cooker Mexican Stir Fry

WW Crock Pot Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lb. boneless chicken, cubed
1 (14.5 oz.) can black beans
1 (12 oz.) bag of frozen corn
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tsp cumin
salt and pepper to taste
2 limes juiced

Instructions:
Get your slow cooker ready, spray with non-stick spray.
Then combine your chicken, corn, black beans, cumin, garlic, lime juice, and onion to crockpot.
Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
During the last 30 minutes, Cook 2 cups of rice (according to package directions)
Put rice on your plate, then top with the Mexican stir fry, squeeze a little bit of lime juice onto the top if you want to add more to your meal.
