Ingredients:
1 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups regular rolled oats, uncooked
2 cups Rice Krispies®
1 cup coconut

Yield: 7 dozen cookies
Preheat oven 350 F degrees. Mix all ingredients. Bake for 12 minutes. |
