Ingredients:
2 cups self-rising flour
1/4 cup butter or shortening
2/3 to 3/4 cup of milk or buttermilk |

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 500 F degrees. Spray baking sheet with Pam. Measure flour into bowl. Cut in shortening. Blend in enough milk to dough leave the sides of the bowl. Knead 2 or 3 times on a lightly floured surface. Cut out and place on baking sheet about 1.5 inches apart. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. |
