Ingredients:
2 cups sifted all purpose flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of sugar (optional)
3 eggs, separated
1 3/4 cups of milk
1/2 cup of cooking oil
1 tsp of butter flavoring
1 tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions:
Sift, flour, with baking powder, salt and sugar. Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat egg yolks, add milk and oil. Pour into flour mixture. Beat until smooth. Fold in egg whites lightly, but throughly. use 1/2 cup batter per waffle. Yield 7 - 8 (7 - inch waffles). |
