Turkey with Cranberries and Apples

Feels like Thanksgiving on an ordinary night. Celebrate!

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1 tablespoons of pepper
1 tablespoons of oil
1 tablespoons of butter
2-3 slices of 1/4 to 1/2 inch sliced turkey from the deli or turkey breast
1 granny smith apple (halved,cored,and sliced 1/4 inch thick)
3/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
1 teaspoon grated orange rind

Instructions:
Combine flour, salt, pepper on sheet of waxed paper or paper plate. Dredge Turkey in mixture to coat.
Heat oil in a medium size skillet, add turkey and cook on each side for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove to a covered dish.
Lower heat. Add butter, apple to skillet, and cook 5 minutes turning once.
Add cranberry sauce and orange rind. Heat through for about 2 minutes. Pour over turkey.
Garnish with orange slices.
