Special Peach Cobbler


Ingredients:
8 cups of fresh,sliced peaches
1/3 cup all purpose flour
2 cups of sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 teaspoon of Almond Extract


Instructions:
Dredge peaches in flour and add next 5 ingredients and mix well. Pour into lightly greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Roll out refrigerated pie cut into 1/2 inch strips. Arrange in lattice fashion over peaches. Bake at 350 F degrees. For 1 hour. Yield 8 -10 servings.
