Apple Crunch

Ingredients:
5 cups sliced cooking apples
5 tablespoons granulated sugar
1/2 cup regular, rolled oats not instant
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup all-purposed flour
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions:
Place sliced apples in a 2 quart square baking dish and mix in granulated sugar. In a bowl combine the flour brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon. Mix int the melted butter until this mixture resembles course crumbs. Mix in the chopped pecans. Sprinkle the crunch mixture over the apples. Preheat oven to 375 F degrees and bake for 45 minutes.
