Ham and Cheese Quiche

My go to staple. Doug will make me one quiche a week and store in a sealed Tupperware container in refrigerator.
Cut into 8 pieces. Microwave for 36 seconds and voila' Breakfast for 8 days. I eat with ketchup about a teaspoon.

Ingredients:
1 9 inch unbaked pie shells deep dish
2 - 4 slice Swiss cheese I use 2% Kraft
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
freshly ground pepper to taste
3 eggs
1 cup half and half
1 cup diced ham I use Hillshire farms sandwich ham 5 -8 slices
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
can also add 1/2 cup chopped fresh baby spinach
and or mushrooms

Instructions:
Bake at 350 F degrees for 45 to 55 minutes. Beat together flour, salt, pepper, eggs and cream in a bowl and set aside.
Place 4 slices of Swiss cheese in the bottom of the pie crust. Roll 6 ham slices and dice to desired smallness.
Pour egg mixture over pie crust with Swiss cheese in the bottom of crust.
Sprinkle diced ham throughout the egg mixture.
Top with cheddar cheese.
Place in preheated oven and bake for 45 to 55 minutes.
Until filling is set and top is golden.
Makes 6 to 8 servings depending on the cut.
