Ham and Cheese Quiche II


Ingredients:
6 eggs beaten
1 (5-ounce) can evaporated milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup ham chunks
1 can Pilsbury Cresent Rolls


Instructions:
Line bottom of pie plate with Cresent roll dough to form pie crust.
Beat egg mixture for 2 minutes and pour into crust.
Add ham and cheese to egg mixture.
Preheat oven to 450 F degrees.
Reduce heat to 375 F degrees. Bake approximately 30 -35 minutes. Until golden brown.
