Ham and Cheese Quiche (optional)

Cheryl's Favorite Doug would bake me a quiche once a week. We store it in a Tupperware container and this is my breakfast for a week. 36 seconds in the microwave.

Ingredients:
1 unbaked deep dish pie shell
4 slices 2% Kraft Swiss cheese
2 tablespoons all-purposed flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
freshly ground black pepper to taste
3 eggs
1 cup half and half
1/2 cup chopped sandwich ham
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach optional

Instructions:
Beat together flour, salt and pepper, eggs and cream in a medium bowl. Set aside. Place Swiss cheese slices on the bottom of the pie shell. Sprinkle spinach over the cheese slices. (Can be omitted). Pour egg mixture over into pie shell. Top with ham sprinkled throughout egg mixture and top with 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Can add mushrooms if desired. Onions, bacon, turkey. I use Hillshire farms Honey ham. Bake in a preheated oven 350 degrees for 45 - 55 minutes. Until filling is set and top is golden.
