Hawaiian Nut Bread


Ingredients:
3 cups flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
3 beaten eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups ripened, mashed bananas
1 (8-ounce) can drained crushed pineapple
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions:
Makes 2 loaves. 8 1/2 X 4 1/2 X 3
Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350 F degrees.
For Carrot Nut Bread substitute 2 cups of grated carrots for bananas.
For Zucchini Nut Bread substitute 2 cups of shredded zucchini for bananas.
