Peanut Brittle

Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1 cup raw peanuts
1/2 cup Light Karo Syrup

Instructions:
*****The secret to making great peanut brittle is a heavy saucepan. Too thin and it will scorch before it candies.***** Add all ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Boil until light brown and add 1 teaspoon of baking soda stirring fast. Pour onto cookie sheet lined with tin foil that has been sprayed with Pam. Let cool break apart and server. Store in an air tight container.
