Peachy Pork Chops

Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pound pork chop
1 (29-ounce) can cling peach halves
1/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
1/4 cup vinegar

Instructions:
Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium high heat.
Add pork chops to skillet and cook until brown on both sides. Drain well.
Drain peaches, reserving 1/4 cup of the syrup.
Combine peaches and reserved syrup, brown sugar, cinnamon, allspice,tomato sauce and vinegar in a bowl and mix well.
Spray inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray. Pour peach mixture over the top. Cover and cook on low heat for 4 to 6 hours.
