Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef 2 tbsp butter 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/2 cup beef broth 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 8 oz pasta (penne or spaghetti) Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, and cook until browned (5-7 minutes). Stir in garlic and onion, cooking until softened (about 2 minutes). Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, then pour in beef broth and simmer for 5 minutes to reduce. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan until the sauce thickens (3-4 minutes). Add uncooked pasta, ensuring it’s submerged. Add a splash of water or broth if needed. Cover and cook according to pasta package instructions (8-10 minutes), stirring occasionally. Once pasta is tender and sauce creamy, remove from heat. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
