1 8 ounce round Brie cheese
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup finely chopped pear
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans
1/4 cup dried cherries or cranberries

Instructions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Blend brown sugar with cinnamon in a small bowl. Add pear, nuts and cherries or cranberries; stir gently to mix. Drizzle with butter and stir until just moistened.
Split brie in half horizontally and remove top. Place bottom half in a small baking pan, cut-side up; spread evenly with half of pear mixture. Lay top half of brie over bottom half, rind-side up. Spoon remaining pear mixture over top.
Bake 9 to 12 minutes or until cheese is soft and just begins to melt; remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes.
