Ingredients:
1 egg white
4 cups pecan halves
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt |

Instructions:
Beat egg white til foamy
Add pecan halves stir gently til coated and set aside
Combine sugar, cinnamon, and salt stir gently til coated
spread in 15x10x1 lightly greased pan sprayed with pam
Bake at 300° for 30 min
Stirring every 10 minutes
Cool completely store in airtight container 4 cups |
